Portraits for Christmas?

Christmas is fast approaching, and nothing makes a better gift than an oil painted portrait. However, as these are all made by hand, in the traditional way, we would ask that orders be made no later than November 16th in order to be delivered in time for Christmas. Thanks!
On a related topic, we have done a lot of portraits recently for members of the military serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. It seems that even in this digital age an old fashioned “forget-me-not” still has a place! The most popular pictures usually show the solider with his wife or girlfriend, and are commissioned BY the soldier - in the field, via internet - and sent direct from us to their homes. (Note: we offer 15% discounts to people serving in the military)

Finally, this testimonial just in -

“What a Masterpiece!!!!!  I was shocked when I opened my package, and staring back at me was this beautiful reproduction of “Girl As a Sybil” by Orazio Gentileschi….at least I could swear he is the one who painted her!  She is stunningly beautiful, and I thank you so much for working with me and my very particular desires for exactly how I wanted the painting to be.  It took six months, but I will say I have never seen anything more beautiful!  Congratulations to the wonderful artist who painted her.  I will surely order more paintings in the future.  I would appreciate it if you could note who the artist is that painted her for me.  I would like to use that same artist again.”

Very kind, and I am really glad we did a good job with this piece as the customer was very helpful with feedback.
